My buyer did that! This came on market the day after they lost in a multiple offer scenario! I knew it was because something better was waiting! I’m just happy they didn’t have to wait very long! As soon as this came on market, we quickly got over there. My buyer made an offer the owner could not refuse, and that offer resulted in the seller happily canceling an entire day full of showings! I’m so happy for everyone!
