Seriously.

When you’re touring a home, you’re probably looking at the kitchen, the closets, the backyard, and whether your furniture will fit.

Meanwhile… your phone has been sitting on SOS for the last 20 minutes. 😅

Especially when you’re looking at homes outside of town or on acreage, take a second while you’re there to check:

📱 Cell service
💻 Internet options
🚗 Your actual drive to work
🛒 How far you are from groceries and everyday necessities

That gorgeous house in the country might still be THE ONE. ❤️

Just make sure you know what everyday life there is actually going to look like before you make an offer.

The little things can become pretty big things once you move in!
