Happy closing day and happy birthday to this awesome client of mine! He got with me around Christmas and wanted to stop renting. We found a hidden gem and he's walking into the house with 12k in equity already! He purchased in shawnee with a USDA loan and we were able to get him into a house for less than 1500.
