🧊 Protect Your Pipes: Please drip faucets on exterior facing walls, and open cabinet doors under sinks.
🔥 Heating Guidelines: Please ensure your heat is turned on and set thermostats to a minimum temperature of 60 degrees.
❄️ Snow + Ice Safety: Use handrails, walk carefully on icy surfaces, and wear proper footwear when heading outside.
📞 Emergencies: If you experience any issues such as no heat or a water leak, please submit a work order through your online portal and call the emergency maintenance line!
