5. Screen Tenants - Open House, Applications, Background Checks
6. Select Tenants - Deposit & Sign Contract
7. Tenant Moves In

Taft Point Properties will collect rent, complete reasonable maintenance requests, and communicate with the owner along the way. Our goal is to make the process as effortless as possible for both the owner and tenant.

10% of the monthly rent

Taft Point Properties doesn't get paid until a contract is signed by a tenant.
