Gola exclusively represented ifm efector in their market search, lease negotiation and project coordination of a new, build-to-suit distribution center. ifm had previously worked with Gola to exclusively represent the global company on their North American headquarters and the expansion of their prover manufacturing division, both in Malvern, PA.

Gola Corporate Real Estate, Inc. recently represented Quotient Sciences with the long term renewal of their 43,000 SF GMP facility at 3 Chelsea Parkway in Boothwyn, PA. Quotient Sciences operates from state-of-the-art manufacturing and clinical facilities in the U.S. and U.K. This particular location will continue to provide commercial manufacturing, formulation development, and clinical trial manufacturing.

Gola’s tenant representation and project management team have advised QS for the last decade on over 150,000 SF of manufacturing, warehouse, and office space across the Greater Philadelphia region. Mark Gola represented QS.

By renewing early, Creative Benefits was able to take advantage of immediate savings to their commercial real estate costs and the deal included a tenant improvement package to refurnish the office. Gola used its experience from negotiating previous deals at Ellis Preserve to ensure that Creative Benefits received a deal that was under market and included as many concessions as possible.
