Congratulations to our seller/buyer client who is on to her next chapter in life! She had a simultaneous closing for the sale of her home in Longmeadow and the purchase of her new home in Great Barrington! She's moving from one beautiful oasis to another. Also due to incredibly high demand we will be doing drain line inspections very soon.

To ALL my realtor friends, Thank you SO MUCH for another amazing year.
We are now offering Walk and Talk Consultations, these DO NOT take the place of a home inspection, they are less of an inspection therefore less of a cost. For the “educational purpose” or “as is” clients. We will focus on major components and/or specific concerns.
We can also offer radon and/or water testing as individual services.

For my realtor friends.

I am changing the way we do radon and well water testing.

When a client wants radon or well water testing, we will begin setting up monitor and/or taking water sample at least two days prior to inspection date. This will give us radon results at time of inspection and allow us to discuss results with client at inspection, as well as get us water results quicker.

We feel it will make the process a little more efficient.

Future clients will be notified with the automated email system in place.
