The real estate market is booming. It's a sellers market because there is a shortage of homes available. But it's also a buyer's market because the interest rates are so low.

The best advice I can give to anyone wanting to buy a home right now is to get pre-qualified. You need to walk in the door of any home on the market knowing what your buying power is and any offer you put in should be accompanied with a pre-approval letter.

To anyone considering selling their home it is best to get a CMA so you know the value of your home and have a plan of where you are going to go once your home sells.
