Are you a take charge kind of person? Do you have attention to detail? Are you borderline OCDC?. Are you familiar with residential construction - sheet rock work, roofing, painting, framing, etc. Do you know what a good workmanship for carpentry, painting, sheetrock work, roof work, etc should look like? If these characteristics fit you, then this temporary job could be ideal for you. We have an immediate need for a part-time, temporary subcontractor inspector. The ideal candidate will visit the job site a day prior to the contractor completing their work to make sure that all agreed-upon repairs were performed professionally and then report back to us.
