Fall in Cincinnati is beautiful… but it’s also your reminder that winter is coming. 🍂

A few small things you take care of now can help prevent much bigger (and more expensive) problems later.

Save this checklist for the next few weeks, and send it to a Cincinnati homeowner who needs the reminder.

And one more thing: if selling your home in spring 2027 has even crossed your mind, you do NOT need to wait until spring to call a Realtor.

The best time to figure out what to repair, update, paint, or leave completely alone, is before you’re getting ready to list.

No Zillow, no DocuSign, no texting, no GPS… just landlines, fax machines, paper contracts and a lot of hairspray.

And apparently real estate doesn’t take Labor Day off either, one of my listings went under contract today! 🏡
