The phonetic (rood) meaning of my name may not be polite but I am! Having a family history of 60+ years in the Seattle real estate market lead to my great desire to continue the tradition of working in real estate. Being a native “Seattleite" and raised on Mercer Island, my knowledge of the Puget Sound area made it even more inevitable that I become a professional in the real estate arena. While obtaining my Bachelor‘s degree and a business minor at Seattle Pacific University, I managed my family’s real estate investments. I obtained my license in 1994 and have been an active full time selling agent ever since. My area of expertise includes the Eastside & Mercer Island as well as Seattle, helping many individuals and families with their real estate needs. EXPLORE
The Pacific Northwest is (in my opinion), one of the most beautiful places to live in our country. We're surrounded by fresh air, clean water, and are fortunate enough to have the gorgeous Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges on either side of us, and stunning Mount Rainier to the south. The mountains give us magnificent views and make for beautiful sunsets from wherever we happen to be in the region. Enjoy sailing, hiking, rock climbing, camping, biking, running, skiing, etc.! From the numerous cafés found on nearly every corner, all offering their own cozy atmosphere, we also have plenty of pubs, sushi bars, dessert shops, and many elegant dining spots downtown, right on Puget Sound. Seattleites are spoiled with our endless food options! SPORTS
If it’s sporting events you're interested in, we have plenty of outings year-round to please sports fans of all ages. From the Sounders to the Mariners, and of course, our beloved Seahawks, you're sure to find a sporting event that will keep you entertained within the city. Husky pride is also apparent here, so catch a University of Washington Football or Basketball game to see what the hype is all about! REAL ESTATE

PENDING in Bellevue!

This one took some patience, a few market adjustments and a willingness to navigate a changing market together, but we found our match!

The future owners are downsizing, ready for a change of pace and excited to make Bellevue their new home. I’m so happy for them and equally grateful to my sellers for their trust, patience and friendship throughout this journey.
