Tonya Eliason Real Estate has been keeping busy!

🏡 A little quiet on Facebook, but plenty busy in real estate!

It's been quite a year! While I've been a little quiet on my personal page, I've certainly been busy helping buyers and sellers make their next moves!

It's been a challenging real estate market, but that hasn't stopped us from achieving some fantastic results. From multiple offers and sales well over asking price to finding dream homes, negotiating great terms, and navigating some challenging transactions, every property has had its own unique story.

With 15 successful closings so far this year, 4 active listings, and over 450 successful sales throughout my career, I'm incredibly grateful to all the wonderful clients who continue to put their trust in me.
