We have worked hard to build a strong community here at 940. We value each resident and ask that everyone share in the responsibility of caring for our shared spaces. Recently, we have noticed a decline in attention to the cleanliness and upkeep of some common areas.

If you notice an issue that we may not yet be aware of, such as debris, animal waste or other concerns in shared outdoor areas, please notify us promptly via Facebook message, so we can address it.

Please ensure that trash, including litter box contents, is disposed of properly and does not spill around the dumpster area, where it can create an unpleasant and unsanitary condition for others.

Pet owners are expected to clean up after their dogs at all times.

Please also prevent pets from relieving themselves on public walkways or other shared pedestrian areas.

A successful community depends on the participation and consideration of everyone.

We operate with a small staff in an effort to help manage operating costs and keep rents as stable as possible. Additional staffing may become necessary if community standards are not maintained, which could affect future rental costs.

As many of you already know we are rapidly approaching completion of 14 additional apartments in Building 5.

Along with those apartments we have included 3 study rooms that will be available to all residents. Possible situations would be guests at your apartment but you have an important work videoconference to join or a child being too distracted to study at home. We’re also planning to deliver Internet to these rooms from two separate feeds ensuring that no one is ever fully “down”
