North Bennington Water has a second fire hydrant that they need to work on. They will do this work on Tuesday 26th (was previously planned for Thursday 21st), similar timeline to the first one (ie get started early so they can be sure they get the entire job done in one day). BUT they really do not expect to have to shut down all water like they did today. Today was caused by one valve not operating as expected. On Thursday they state that they have two ways to avoid shutting off our water. They have agreed that even if both of those methods fail, they will keep the water on until at least 800am so that the morning rush isn't affected

North Bennington Water is working on Water Street this morning and will have to turn off all water while they complete their repair. We just asked them to hold off until after 800am so people can do showers etc and get off to work, school etc. They expect to be down until noon.

We are currently expanding our selection of units and now offer 1+, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom units. I am available to work with you personally to find the unit that best suits your needs, whether you are seeking a place for yourself or your family.

Kitchen Amenities
All kitchens in our units are fully equipped with essential appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Additionally, the building has multiple coin-operated shared laundry facilities. Some units - including most of the larger units - come with in-unit laundry for added convenience, and select units feature central air conditioning. Each unit is thoughtfully designed, offering its own unique ambiance.

Utilities and Internet
All utilities and high-speed, fiber-based internet are included in the monthly lease fee. Utilities covered include propane for heating, hot water, and cooking, electricity (including central air conditioning), water, sewer, and trash. With these shared services, your lease fee is truly all-inclusive.

Interior Features
The kitchen cabinets are constructed from solid wood and high grade plywood (compressed board that disintegrates if you have a spill) and finished with soft-close drawers and doors, crown moldings on top, and light rails below.

Safety is a priority, with the building featuring a full fire sprinkler system, a comprehensive alarm system, and 5/8-inch firecode sheetrock walls that enhance safety and reduce noise transmission.

Bathrooms are appointed with ceramic and glass flooring and feature a full tub /shower. Every unit is uniquely designed, each with individual character and careful attention to detail.

Pet Policy
Most pets are welcome with approval and a monthly fee. Please contact us for details regarding pet accommodations.

Lease Rates and Customization
Lease rates begin at $1,750 and go up to $2,300 for a typical 3 bedroom. The very large units are more. Each lease can be customized with add-ons such as pet fees and accommodations for excess vehicles, as well as discounts for tenants with only one vehicle.

This unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It is our more industrial building. The open kitchen is equipped with a full set of appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. A coin-op shared laundry is available on the first floor of the building.

Key features to note: the kitchen cabinets are of full plywood construction and are beautifully finished with crown moldings on top and light rails below. The building has a full fire sprinkler system and a comprehensive alarm system; in addition, all walls are 5/8ths inch firecode sheetrock - - great for safety and also damps noise transmission. The bathroom features a ceramic and glass floor, as well as a full tub/shower.

Pets are allowed with approval and a monthly fee. High speed fiber based internet is included as are all utilities (propane for heating and hot water as well as cooking), electricity (including for the central air conditioning system), water, sewer and trash are shared, making the lease fee all-inclusive.
