🚨 Why Final Walkthroughs Matter! 🚨

I went to do a final walkthrough for my buyer client before settlement. The listing agent assured me the condo was completely unoccupied—but when I checked the storage unit, it was full of stuff!

Imagine if we hadn’t caught this in time:
❌ Extra Costs: My client would have had to pay to remove these items.
❌ Delays: Moving in could have been delayed.
❌ Stress: The inconvenience of coordinating clean-up after closing.
❌ Legal Hassles: Sorting out disputes over leftover items.

Thankfully, I immediately got on the phone with the listing agent and coordinated for the items to be removed ASAP. Crisis averted!

The takeaway? Always do a final walkthrough and hire an agent who pays attention to the details. I’m here to ensure your home-buying process is as smooth as possible.
