Overjoyed. That is how Grace described her first Homecoming at - and I 💯 percent agree. Stepping back into the space that helped shape my adulthood, the good, the bad, and the beautiful, with the fresh eyes of my 3 daughters, brought me so much joy, peace, and overwhelming gratitude.

To my line sisters of 25 YEARS!! - I love you so much! Grateful. Spending this life with you is priceless. Thank you for loving me. The deep hugs, big smiles, and reminders of who we ARE, was so impactful and truly brings me to tears. I love you all deep. 💕💕

To those before and this after, thank you. 💕💚

From sisterly love, to bookstore adventures, to watching my daughters fall in LOVE with Bison life (parade and all), to FamFest ( )… thank you HU being present during this unprecedented time, ushering in the next generation of leaders, with excellence, one legacy at a time. 💙❤️

Last night’s AAREP Gala was a reminder of what legacy looks like in motion, celebrating 30 years of excellence while witnessing the next 30 being built in real time.

I felt both grateful and grounded, surrounded by visionary leaders, colleagues, and friends who continue to shape the landscape of real estate, construction, and community development.

The energy in that room was proof that our collective progress is not just measured in projects, but in people, in the stories, representation, and opportunities we create for those coming behind us.

Note to My Future Self
Last night was more than a celebration, it was a reminder. We build not just structures, but communities, opportunities, and futures. Keep pushing. Keep believing. You do not have permission to quit.

Words cannot express how being apart of this moment was more than just another notch in our 28 years of friendship. It was the final page turn on a chapter that we started together over 25 years ago. I LOVE you! I’m proud of you! And I’m so excited for what’s next.

Family and friends 💕 I don’t know this young lady… but as I was preparing for our first guests for this property via Airbnb… congratulations to my client 🤗 …

This young entrepreneur sat outside her home, with a full hot cocoa stand! ☕️ cups, whipped cream, the works. She even had an entire menu. Boss! 📊

I didn’t buy hot chocolate because I’m a total germophobe but I did chat with her about starting (AND running) a business and dropped $20 dollars via her cash app.

I post this as a call to action to suppprt. I’ll never know if we made her Christmas amazing… I’ll never know if you sent or not… BUT if you’re moved, send her some change… $5, $10, whatever.
