I purchased a Callaway Elite driver. I did not get a chance to test it out at the store as there was no one there to help except one person making time with a pretty lady about golf. He was busy. So after 15 minutes of this I took the club to the cashier to purchase the driver. Before I paid for this club in cash, I was very specific to the lady cashier. I specifically asked her if I didn't like the club could I get a "full refund" in cash back and she said YES. As long as it was under 30 days and not damaged. I had the club for 8 days and brought it back to the store for a refund, and it was not damaged. The manager said no refund but offered a "fitting." I told him no thanks, I did not want a fitting from that place. After going back and forth he agreed to give me my cash refund. When he realized he didn't have the money, he called his manager and that manager said no refund. Crappy customer service, says one thing and does another. This place has become the Target Store for Golf. I have spent a lot of money over the years at this place on cloths, clubs, golf balls (Pro-V1) etc. I won't ever step foot in this place again if I don't get a FULL REFUND. If you ever buy something at this store, write your own contract for return policies. Go to Club Champion on Halpine Avenue, they know what they are doing and the customer service is far better.
