🏡🎉 Congratulations to my first-time homebuyers on the purchase of their new home! 🎉🏡

I’m so excited for them as they begin this next chapter and start making this house their own. I can’t wait to see them fill it with memories, grow their family, and maybe even turn the property into the hobby farm they’ve been dreaming about! 🐓🌱

And honestly, this home seemed to have a little extra magic surrounding it. ✨ During the home inspection, they found a four-leaf clover 🍀, and then discovered that the grapes growing on the property were the same grapes their great great grandparents used in their family w**e recipe! 🍇

Talk about a sign that maybe this was exactly where they were meant to be. ❤️ There were even a few tears shed as it all started to sink in.

These are the moments that remind me why I absolutely love this job. Getting to watch people find a place that feels like home and being able to be part of such an important chapter in their lives is something I never take for granted.

Congratulations to my amazing clients on closing on their home yesterday! 🎉🏡

Yesterday was a big day! We closed on the sale of their Minnesota home, and then they hit the road to Iowa to close on their new home. What an exciting new chapter! 🏡

Happy Birthday to the guy behind the scenes! 🎉

The one who gets volunteered for more projects than he probably ever signed up for… and somehow still says yes. 😂

From being my chauffeur, installing and fixing signs, repairing decks, cleaning up properties, being our float chauffeur in parades, and helping with countless other things! He does it all with just a little bit of complaining.😂

I’m so grateful for everything he does to support not only me, but also my clients. It definitely wouldn’t be the same without him!
