I thank God for the blessings He places in my life and the people He allows me to cross paths with.

Years ago, a tech came out to help with something at my home. Recently, he reached back out because he remembered I was a Realtor. That one connection led me to his brother-in-law.

FOR SALE BY OWNER ALERT!!! This was a fun one...

I represented both sides (Sellers & Buyers). The Sellers were "For Sale By Owners" that had it on/off the market for the last 9 mo. I was working with other Buyers, Selena Stevens and Jason Stevens, that wanted to see this property. Selena and Jason passed on this property, which then led to the Seller's hiring me to list it.
