Annette Hexamer - Realtor, Cutler Real Estate Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in raised in Canton, OH, home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame! I love all that our area has to offer!

I received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron. A 25 year resident of Perry Township – I have two married daughters and three wonderful granddaughters! I am a pet lover and am currently have an Australian Shephard. I also have a new found love of horses. When working with home buyers, my goal is to listen to your needs, find you the best fit, and then go to work and negotiate the best deal possible! I am in constant communication with all parties - lenders, sellers’ agents, title company, home inspectors, etc. to see you through the buying process and make it an enjoyable experience. Home sellers can rest assured I use the latest technology when marketing your home, and use my knowledge of the area and real estate market to price your home correctly at the start. I can help you determine what small changes you can make in order to get you the highest price possible. In negotiating on your behalf I am assertive and effective, and am a compassionate, friendly partner who eases a process that can often be stressful.

Here’s the bone-chilling truth. The difference between buying a home at today’s typical rate (around 6.2%) and waiting for 5.99% is about $50 a month on a $400,000 loan. That’s not the game-changer many buyers think it is.

And with home prices still projected to rise in many markets, waiting for a rate in the 5’s could cost you more in the long run. That’s an eerie situation you don’t want to be in.
