Annette Hexamer - Realtor, Cutler Real Estate Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in raised in Canton, OH, home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame! I love all that our area has to offer!

I received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron. A 25 year resident of Perry Township – I have two married daughters and three wonderful granddaughters! I am a pet lover and am currently have an Australian Shephard. I also have a new found love of horses. Here’s the bone-chilling truth. The difference between buying a home at today’s typical rate (around 6.2%) and waiting for 5.99% is about $50 a month on a $400,000 loan. That’s not the game-changer many buyers think it is.

And with home prices still projected to rise in many markets, waiting for a rate in the 5’s could cost you more in the long run. That’s an eerie situation you don’t want to be in.
