I look back over the years and how they have flown by, in the beginning we had multiple listing service books, we copied, mailed out listings, ran after keys then returned them after showings were done.
We have come so far with everything being internet based you can now find everything at your fingertips. This has made life easier and more complicated as I am sure we all know information is a great thing but, understanding it is equally important.
In a time where everything is faster paced, we lack time we once had taking on more doing everything for ourselves seems the way of life.I have had to learn to ask myself questions and be honest at what price am I paying to take this next thing on is this really worth the cost of my time and piece of mind .We may be able to accomplish the goal but, what was lost sleep,stress,frustration,time with family,enjoying life.
The importance of a professional who has the training and expertise is invaluable.The thought of saving money is a good thing we all like to do it.However,the journey of learning can be very costly as a Real Estate Professional it is very important for me to educate my clients on everything that would impact them in making decisions about buying and selling real estate.
