When we, as Realtors, conduct Open Houses we are doing so as a means, along with traditional marketing, of showcasing the property to as many potential buyers as possible. To ensure that the sellers are fielding the highest and best offers available from the buying public. That being said we also encounter many people that are not interested in that particular property, but would like assistance as they continue to search for the "right" property for them. Last year I had a nice conversation, at a busy open house, with a couple who, when they were ready, contacted me to represent them in their continued search for a shore home. Not only did that allow us to have additional nice conversations, we also found them their first shore property that they are in love with! I am grateful for their remembering me, and trusting me to represent them in their search, and successful purchase, of their new shore home. Congratulations to this wonderful family. I am happy to have you as neighbors!

Years ago, when this Seller was a young teenager, I assisted he and his family, in the purchase of their home in Cape May Court House. Years later Alex called me and asked me to represent him in the sale of another property in Millville. His loyalty, and especially trust, is greatly appreciated.
