Recent renovation we finished up just hit the market! Love to see these houses rejuvenated. Not only do they help increase the value of all houses in the neighborhood but they also help strengthen the local economy by bringing in new homeowners who will shop at local grocery stores, restaurants and attend local events!

Another renovation complete and my 25th investment property renovation! Renovating a property 1,100 miles away was definitely a trying experience with permitting, inspections, planning and scheduling but a lot of great lessons learned and will make the next ones easier!

This property is in walking distance to Lambeau Field and the Resch Center and used as an Airbnb. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is freshly updated including new paint, stainless steel appliances and flooring.
