Andrew Maurer Real Estate Andrew grew up in Stony Brook, NY and lived there till 2018. He met his wife Jennifer in high school and was married September of 2017.

He currently resides in the Ladson area with Jennifer and their two children Brayden and Avery. He is a real estate investor himself, trained through the r.e.a.l system and specializes in short term rental properties. Andrew has been in the sales industry for 15 years and worked for such companies as Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ford, as well as multiple wholesale tire companies. His experience working

with clients in multiple industries gives him a competitive advantage working in the real estate business. Sports was his passion for many years competing in division 1 lacrosse and winning a national championship. He has utilized his skills and knowledge of the sport and coached youth lacrosse after his playing career was over. Andrew also has a passion for the wine industry and is currently studying to become a sommelier. With emerging into real estate he hopes he can bring his hard work and passion to create positive relationships with his clients and help facilitate successful real estate transactions. Andrew is grateful for everything he has worked for and is passionate for many charities but one in specific is St. Judes Children's hospital.

First, you don't need a 20% down payment. In fact, first-time buyers only need to put 3.5% down in some cases! Down payment options can help you buy a house without that 20%.
