CLOSED!

A huge congrats to my clients on the sale of their Park Circle charmer! Although I am sad to see them leave Charleston, I couldn't be more excited about the next chapter in their lives. I was lucky enough to help them buy this home a few short years ago and am so proud to help them sell it after all the work they have done to it. And it all paid off! This beauty went absolute nuts when it went live. For two days we plugged up the neighborhood with cars and showings. We ended up having 15 offers and this puppy sold for 29k over list! Clients who become friends are the most special part of my job. When the offers started rolling in I couldn't contain my excitement for my clients. I'll never forget the feeling of receiving the first offer that was over 25k above list. I was already tearing up, but just had to call my clients and tell them. They were speechless. Little did we know we would have even more come in the next day and ended up going for 29k above list. This market may be insane, but the reason I do my job is to help people get the most money out of their homes. If I can put a smile on their face and more money in their pockets I have done my job right. Congrats to the buyers on their new home, and again congrats to my wonderful clients who I will miss dearly! Thank you for trusting me with the sale of your home!

Current inventory of available homes in our entire MLS is 1192 as compared to 6099 just three short years ago in February of 2019. That is reduction of over 500% in available homes to sell!! Interest rates are slowly moving up (but still historically low). Charleston remains a hot spot to be. Outlook remains positive, but we need more homes to sell!
