fed cuts the rate, but is it too little to late ??
I've been saying this for like 10 years we convinced an entire generation of humans that blue collar work was beneath them and they should all be CEOs or now content creators, and we have no electricians or HVAC engineers, no contractors. that mixed with ridiculously over restrictive zoning, ordinances, preventing people from increasing housing even on their own land has the US more than 5 million homes short nationally
