Morgan Home Inspections is open for business!

Governor Scott announced this morning (4/17/2020) that the real estate sector would be “re-opened”. Of course, this great news comes with a few extra precautions that MHIVT will strictly follow, including:

-No more then 2 people at an inspection site

-The inspector will wear protective equipment to prevent physical contact

-Proper disinfecting of equipment between property inspections

We understand that many of our clients wish to be present at the inspection to be able to ask questions, which might not be possible with the 2-person limit (including inspector). We here at Morgan Home Inspections will take the time to communicate our findings thoroughly over the phone to go along with our comprehensive report!

In all seriousness, these forgotten heroes save lives. It is important to routinely check your detectors for proper function semi annually, and daylight savings is the perfect alarm clock!

An easy way to remember:
