MARKET SNAPSHOT of the past 7 days... a nice uptick in new listings compared to the previous week however we are still very low with inventory in the Mt. Washington Valley. We are seeing strong activity from buyers, homes are going under agreement very quickly especially on those properties priced under $325,000. Many selling at asking price and higher. We have buyers, however because of the low inventory, finding the right match has been challenging. If you think selling is in your future, give us a call.
