We are excited to unveil Phase III of our multi-year Master Development Plan, the Fairbank Lodge, part of the Kearsarge Brook II Condominiums at Cranmore development.

The new lodge will take the place of Cranmore's existing base lodge and will feature a combination of 15 residential condominiums and over 18,000 square feet of new ski facilities for resort guests – including a coffee bar, ski shop, food pavilion, slopeside bar and expansive slopeside deck, and locker rooms.

This condominium and this document have not yet been registered or reviewed by the New Hampshire Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau of the Attorney General’s Office, Department of Justice. Until such time as registration has been issued, only non-binding reservation agreements may be accepted
