Our Ski Town Realty trailer gets around. From North Conway to stops all over the Valley, it’s hauled signs, gear, tools, marketing materials, and probably more Home Depot purchases than we’d care to count. 😂

Over time, it’s become one of those little things that feels very Ski Town to us, and we love seeing it out and about around the Mount Washington Valley.

When we’re not talking real estate… this is a pretty good way to spend a Saturday. 🥾💚

Rosie and I hit the Black Cap Trail with our lovely friend Katie this weekend, and Mother Nature definitely showed off for us. Blue skies, mountain views for miles, and just the first little hints of fall starting to sneak in. 🍂

One of those days that makes you remember how lucky we are to call the Mount Washington Valley home.

And Rosie? She hiked the whole thing herself, effortlessly. Tiny dog, serious trail legs. 🐾💪

This one is officially closed at $935,000. ❤️

We're incredibly happy for the sellers as they move on to their next adventure, and equally excited for the new owner as he begins making 20 Crest Lane his own.

Every transaction has its own story, and this one involved a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. Seeing everyone together at the closing table made the finish line especially rewarding.
