1.2 acre lot sold in Frederica, DE!

Crazy how this listing came about! Earlier this year, I received a call to list the lot. Something felt off about the seller and after several conversations and a fake ID later, I confirmed it was a scam. I was able to find the real sellers in Connecticut via social media to notify them of the scam. Unfortunately, the scammer didn't stop there and ended up tricking another realtor as well. Long story a little bit shorter, several months later the real sellers decided it was time to sell and called me since I had originally found them and notified them about the fraudulent seller.
Crazy world out there, but I'm thankful the sellers called me when it was time to sell!

Who would have thought my first job out of college in Human Resources (where I met Megan) would have led me to helping Megan and Jay with 5 home sales over the last few years?! Funny part is - I have been pregnant for every single one, sooooo if that's the trend they can't buy or sell anymore 🤣

Over the last few years, almost all of my clients are friends, family, or referrals & that says a lot 🥰

SAID YES TO THE ADDRESS ⚓🚤

Two months ago, Jay & Megan reached out with something along the lines of "hey we are casually thinking about downsizing - what do you think our house would be worth?" Well, that escalated quickly 🤣 A few days later, we toured several condos in North East Isles, they put an offer in on one, we put their house in Port Deposit on the market and bam - today they settled on both properties back-to-back!

This is the 4th time Jay & Megan have given me the opportunity to be their agent and I'm so appreciative they continue to call me when it's time to buy or sell!
