Financial Service Group, Inc. We offer rentals in Eastern Iowa. Many of our apartments are through USDA and are income based. We We are based out of North English.

We have numerous rental properties that we manage and they are located in many different towns. From Wilton to Searsboro, Marengo to Cantril, and many towns in between. A gentle reminder to all of our tenants that pay their rent by check, cashier's check or money order.....please make them out to the Complex that you live at, for example: if you live at West Knoll, please make payable to West Knoll and NOT Financial Service Group.

Starting October 1, 2025, they will be returned if not written out to with the correct name.
