I will distribute your listing through all major platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com and then we further market your listing to attract quality guests. Caring for your guests throughout their stay can be challenging if you don’t live in our area year-round. If a guest has a problem or a question, it’s tough to respond effectively if you’re not here. I take care of your property like it’s our own. If any issue is to arise, you can rely on me to fix it or get the right person who can. I can handle everything from normal wear and tear to big emergency repairs that take the stress off from you having to do it from afar. I inspect your property after each guest visit to verify that your property is as beautiful and functional as it should be. Service D: Home Watch
Home Watch offers an alternative to traditional house sitting. I can perform routine and affordable house checks during your absence with a checklist, customized specifically for your household. My purpose is to give you the peace of mind that you need while you are away from your property for any length of time. Home Watch has been defined by its industry as “a visual inspection of a property looking for obvious issues.” Home Watch offers more than just watching your home. Whether it is your summer home, yearly rental home or vacation rental property we make sure your home is safe by providing property checks to your home. We do a routine property check looking for signs of weather related damage, vandalism and theft. We can meet service people, offer referrals for service, hold second keys and accept deliveries at your home. Checks can be performed on a twice weekly, weekly, bi- weekly or once month schedule.
