rivers edge park I started this page for Tennant's of rivers edge to be able to communicate I had finally gotten custody on sept 21st and had my home destroyed a week later.

My name is Jeff Parker I was living in river edge lot 24 that i purchased last year in June. As many of you know i own DamnCandy and was living a quiet life with my 2 young children as a single dad just getting back up on my feet after a nasty divorce. I have been asking for guidance from the owners of the property and got nothing in response. I have heard from many tenants various interactions an

d want a place for people to vent. This page was started for all the residents to post about their experiences hopes and expectations so there's a voice of us.

This is the last email i sent Philips corp.
I am asking what the game plan is? The lack of guidance is embarrassing at least and damn near criminal at best. I was told on wed that river's edge is not responsible for removing debris from in front of our property as of monday? would have been nice to know on monday and then belittled when i said it's also not my responsibility and i would call the county to find out since the trash is piling up 10ft in every direction for miles and obviously someone else is removing it other than individual homeowners. It's the simple lack of correspondence and expectations that Philip's is failing at. There are countless stories of theft from the cleaning crew on site. We live in a digital world and there are so many video's you should be aware of the fast reputation of complete abandonment and lack of responsibility. You have no leadership on the ground here and instead of grief counselors you sent tyrants with no empathy for the people who just lost everything and went through hell. Step up and do what's right.
