Brightwater

Brightwater is North Fort Myer’s newest D R Horton community, and also Southwest Florida’s one and only Crystal Lagoon development. This outstanding location will feature a 5 acre lagoon, beach, cabanas, tiki huts, swim up bar, waterslide, live entertainment, park, and tot lot. Why worry about the red tide and blue algae when you can walk to the beach in your back yard! Metro places has teamed up with Crystal Lagoons to produce these unique amenities all over the world, and now it’s brought to you right here in SWFL.

Brightwater's lagoon is expected to break ground before the end of 2020, and be completed one year after started. The lagoon will be open for the the public with separate gate access. The public will pay a premium price for a day pass while the residents only pay $40 monthly in addition to the HOA dues. The public access will be limited as the community finishes out 1300 homes.

Brightwater will offer D R Horton Homes along with Express Homes. The D R Horton homes come with more features and dressed up, while the Express homes offer the lower price point and have fewer options. Seven Express plans and Four D R Horton plans will be available at this beautiful community in phase 1. All homes will come with a smart home package built in to the price with no extra costs.
