Power has been restored to our community and the team is working through assessment and debris cleanup. the downed power line was being worked on and we hoped that it would be removed by end of day today. Please use caution in the community as we continue our recovery efforts. Thank you!

A mandatory evacuation was issued for the area that includes Tara Woods. Community management strongly encourages residents to seek safe shelter outside of the community. Residents who do not heed evacuation orders are asked to hang a sign in their front window facing the street that says, “I did not evacuate.”

The community management team has completed hurricane preparation responsibilities and evacuated for their safety. They will return once the storm has passed and conditions are safe. To maintain community security after the hurricane passes, entrances will be staffed. Upon return to the community, residents will need to present proof of residency to personnel at the entrances.

Community management will continue to communicate through normal resident communication channels, and we encourage residents to check their emails, texts, and/or phone messages as they are able.

We wish all Floridians safety during and after the hurricane. Our thoughts are with our Florida residents, teams, and vendors.
