ever wonder what a footing looks like before the concrete is poured? (2) #5 bars horizontal with #5 vertical bars every 32 inches. the footing will end up to be 1 foot thick by 2 feet wide, 3 feet deep. not pictured should also be a ground wire attached to the rebar prior to the pour of concrete. this is just one of many ways to start off the foundation. this is the start of a detached garage.

the inspection company you choose is a very important part of the process while buying a home. we are well versed in all aspects of a home, including stucco and eifs installations.

the 2nd and third pictures are a result of
missing moisture control and expansion joints in the eifs system. Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EIFS). the water is making its way inside and a water stain is noted above this window inside the home. the system has failed. Imagine what the sheathing looks like after 8 years of water intrusion.

15,000 sq ft church. we climbed up the steeple from the interior. the bell was removed and replaced with those 4 horn looking things ( see photos) there was a school in the rear. this was an interesting inspection. there were basement kitchens and a lot of rooms. i wish i could have gotten better pictures of the framing for the steeple but it was dark and i had one hand on an old wooden ladder.
