This one is personal, literally. This was my first sale after getting licensed in CA in 2019, and it also became “home” for me and my partner for the last five years. Crazy to think about all that’s happened in the world in that time, let alone the walls of this property. Super Bowl parties, pre-games, pot-luck dinners, COVID, sleepovers, renovations, birthdays, and anniversaries to name a few. Change is complicated but I’ve been trying to remember to embrace it. Change is good, even if it is bittersweet. For those who don’t know, our next adventure is back on the East Coast. While I might have a new address, I won’t be away from LA long. I’ll take any and every excuse I can find to catch the next flight to LAX and my CA license doesn’t expire for a few more years 😛 We’re officially SOLD baby! Not to mention the highest sale in the building by $80K ☺️ Congrats to the new buyers, make sure to take care of all our neighbor friends!
