Last year at this point, our team had closed $27,330,713 in sales volume.
This year?
$58,142,468+ YTD.
More than DOUBLE.
So what changed?
First, we added more great agents to the team.
Second, we partnered with a leader in the real estate space who gave us the opportunity to generate more leads than we could handle.
Third—and probably most importantly—we doubled down on developing our people.
We invested tens of thousands of dollars into new technology, systems, training, coaching, and mentorship. We worked to create the right environment, put the right opportunities in front of our agents…and then leadership took a step back and watched them CRUSH IT.
And none of these numbers happen without the incredible clients who trusted our agents to help them buy and sell their homes. We never take that for granted.
But here's the crazy part:
I genuinely believe we're just getting started.
Five years from now, I think we'll look back at $58 million and realize how early we really were.
Because the bigger vision isn't simply about selling more houses.
It's about changing the lives of the agents who build this with us.
Too many agents enter this industry, get a few random training classes, and are essentially told, "Good luck. Go figure it out."
They're taught to obsess over their commission split instead of asking a much more important question:
What environment gives me the greatest opportunity to build wealth?
I'd rather teach an agent how to do 50, 60, or more transactions a year than teach them how to protect a few extra percentage points on a handful of deals.
I'd rather help them build systems so their real estate business can eventually operate without consuming their entire life.
I'd rather expose them to investing, business ownership, passive income, and opportunities to participate in some of the other businesses we're building.
That's the bigger plan.
Not just creating great real estate agents.
Creating business owners. Investors. Leaders. And people with options.
$27.3M → $58.1M is awesome.
But the production isn't what excites me most.
It's watching what happens to people's lives when you combine opportunity, training, accountability, mentorship, systems, and the right environment.
We're building something much bigger than a real estate team.
And we're still at the beginning.
