The busiest agent doesn’t always mean the better agent. 👀
Something I hear ALL the time is:
“I’ve called the listing agent multiple times and left messages… and I still haven’t heard back.”
And every single time I think.. what if that was a serious buyer ready to make an offer?
Having a ton of listings or being extremely busy might look impressive, but none of that matters if your agent is too busy to properly represent you.
When you’re choosing an agent, don’t just look at how many homes they sell. Look at how they communicate. Are they available? Do they return calls? Do they follow up? Are they actually going to have the time to give your home the attention it deserves?
Because sometimes the agent with the biggest name or the most listings isn’t the agent who’s going to give your listing the most attention.
You deserve an agent who has time for you and time for the buyers trying to reach them. 📲🏡
