I’ve had several people reach out to me recently about my listings being reposted online by scammers claiming the homes are “FOR RENT.” These are NOT legitimate listings.

Please do not send anyone money, deposits, or application fees without verifying the information first. Scammers are stealing photos from real listings and posting fake rental ads to target people looking for housing.

🚩 Red flags to watch for:
• Price seems way too low
• They ask for money before a showing
• They refuse to meet in person
• They say they’re “out of town” and will mail keys
• Communication is only through text/email
• The listing isn’t connected to a licensed REALTOR® or brokerage

If you ever see one of my listings posted for rent or something feels off, message me directly and I’ll gladly verify it for you.
