Hello to all of the lovely shoppers and listers and potentially one of the aboves. Now that Open Houses are about to be allowed again as consumers please be careful. Remember to always wear your mask, if there are a large amount of potential home owners at the same location as yourself please physically distance or wait until some other shoppers leave. Please carry hand sanitizers or sani-wipes and don't be shy to ask us Realtors for some sanitizer as we will be talking to you anyway 😁. Most of all enjoy the thrill of the hunt. In July our housing median price was $315,000 for single family homes with 2.9 months inventory which depending on which price spectrum this will equal a strong sellers market which means a lot of competition among buyers. Average days on market was 25 with homes averaging $170/ sqft. Closed transactions totaling 30,848 homes that changed hands in July alone WOW!
