Let me tell y’all something… THIS is a prime example of why shows like Selling Sunset don’t always paint the full picture. 😂

Real estate isn’t always glamorous showings, pretty houses, ch*****ne & “congratulations, you’re under contract!” Sometimes it’s problem-solving, late-night conversations, unexpected curveballs, a LOT of moving parts, and an entire team jumping in to help get our clients across the finish line.

Ted & Isie’s journey to the closing table had its moments, but they made it. 🥹👏🏽 And I couldn’t be more grateful that when things got real, my team stepped up and went ALL HANDS ON DECK to help this couple get to the table.

This is what I love about having the right people in your corner. It takes more than one person to make a transaction happen sometimes — and I’m incredibly thankful to work alongside people who don’t hesitate to jump in when our clients need us.

🏡 CLOSING DAY FOR RICARDO! 🔑🎉

Another closing, another referral, and another reminder that there is NOTHING I love more than when someone trusts a friend, family member, or past client enough to send their people my way. 🥹

Ricardo came to me as a referral, and together we tackled his FIRST HOME PURCHASE! 🏡

From the very beginning, every question was answered, every “wait…so what does THIS mean?” was explained, and we navigated all the little twists and turns that come with buying your first home.

And y’all… we had a LOT of laughs along the way. 😂 Some crude jokes, some questionable conversations, and more than a few moments where I probably acted a little too much like a desperate housewife because Ricardo wasn’t responding fast enough. 🤣

But honestly, one of my favorite compliments came straight from Ricardo himself: he enjoyed having an agent who “doesn’t give corporate vibes.”

AND THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT. 🙌🏽

You don’t need someone who makes the process feel stiff, intimidating, or overly complicated. You need someone who will answer your questions, keep it real, advocate for you, laugh with you, and occasionally lovingly harass you when you disappear on them. 😂

Closing Day Story 🏡✨

One of the greatest compliments you can receive in this business is a referral. 💛

I first met Andrew because a friend trusted me enough to send him my way. And as a fellow licensed agent from Florida… let’s just say he had a few things to learn about the Midwest market. 😅

Nonetheless, we got through it! And somewhere along the way, this became about so much more than buying a house.

During the process, Andrew came to celebrate me quitting my job and taking the leap into real estate full-time. 🙌🏼 And at a completely separate event, he showed up to celebrate our content manager’s birthday—even though he had never even met her before! 😂

That’s the kind of thing that makes this business so special. The relationships, the connections, and the people you meet along the way can become so much more than a transaction.

These are my besties. The ones that have walked beside me near and far for more than 40 years. 😳

Yep…through think and thin, these beautiful souls have been around for it for all of us, not just me. 🫶🏼

And most recently they’ve all trusted me with the sale or purchase of a home for themselves or someone they love. 🥹

Last week, my girl Tina - who has been in that BFF bucket since the 6th grade 🙌🏼 purchased her forever home. This is not just a new home but it’s also a new beginning. A fresh start with beautiful possibilities inside and out.

Thank you my friends for trusting me with your safe spaces, your next chapters and most of all your friendships.

This business for me is more than just buying and selling properties. I have the honor of helping people find their way back home. 🏡 🤍
