North Liberty Living Center NLLC is a 55+ 80 unit apartment, income based , complex located in north liberty Iowa built in 2011.

We have underground parking and storage units included in your rent. We stay full pretty much year round but always welcome applications!

So proud and happy living at NLLC. Don and Dayton do a wonderful job managing the people and keeping the building so nice! The tenants all seem to be very content with everyone and there is just no talking bad about how the works run so well! I’m so delighted to have good relationships with almost everyone that live
here and all make for great teamwork!! Way to go Don and Dayton!!!!

Hi to all from North Liberty Living Center! We’ve had some mighty warm days so many have stayed in the air conditioning! We’ve had a few tenants leave, going to many states to be with their children!! We will miss them but are so happy they can join their loved ones! As soon as we have a move out we have a new tenant ready to join our NLLC family so we are full once again! Happy summer to everyone and we will turn in again soon!! Stay healthy and safe!

We made it through winter with everyone staying pretty healthy at NLLC and now summer is fast approaching. We’ve had a few tenants moving out of state to live by family so we wished them well and goodbye. We stay full at all times but did get in several wonderful new tenants who say they love it here! That’s always music to my ears!! Wishing everyone a happy and healthy summer!!

Happy rain, lightening & thunder day and snow sometime at NLLC. We are thankful everyone is in their apartments safe and sound. All has been going very well at NLLC, we are completely full and many waiting their turn to move in with us!! Everyone is still welcome to come tour or get an application to get into our system. Just give me (manager, Jane) a call and we will set up an appointment. Everyone stay safe out there and hello from all of us at north liberty living center!!!

North Liberty Living Center celebrated Christmas with a fun evening of activity this past Saturday!! We started off with a ham dinner cooked to perfection by tenant, Paul S, delicious dishes cooked by our tenants and yummy desserts! Then , maintenance man, Batman Don, played Santa with everyone getting a surprise gift exchange and rounding off the evening with the Blue Grass band who were terrific! We were all toe tapping!!! Great time was had by all who attended and we wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!!! Cheers to a successful 2019 at NLLC!

Hello friends and family from North Liberty Living Center. We hope everyone is having a great summer, it’s hard to believe school will be back on again shortly!

Our tenants have been in and out, on vacation and visiting family this summer. We have had a BBQ and will have another soon. We have a lady starting yoga lessons so the tenants are “hoping” they can get up and down!!

We have a terrific bunch of men and women coming to the dining room every morning for coffee and treats! It’s so much fun to listen to them laugh and chatter!

Just want everyone to know NLLC is still full and have plenty on the waiting list but you are always welcome to stop by for an application and to say hi!!

Well, that’s it for now! Can’t wait for our Hawkeyes first football game!! Go Hawks!!!

Merry Christmas from all of us living at NLLC to your house of family and friends! We’ve had a busy December with several piano recitals, the Baptist Church’s youth entertaining us, our yummy Christmas party potluck with a ham and all the goodies our tenants shared together, and our favorite country singer, Brent Monier singing Christmas songs and all our favorites. We are blessed to having made it through 2017 with a full house and good tenants. We wish everyone a prosperous 2018 and stop in to visit anytime!!! Jane Gast, manager NLLC
