As Service Professional Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, service, maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. You will also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
Ideally you have prior experience in the HVAC industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems
Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:

Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
EPA Certification
Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Excellent communication skills

We are searching for a reliable maintenance technician to oversee the day-to-day running of our houses. The maintenance technician's responsibilities include cleaning communal areas, and performing ad hoc painting, electrical, and carpentry duties. You should also resolve tenants' maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise.

To be successful as an maintenance technician, you should demonstrate an organized, thorough approach to your duties. Ultimately, an outstanding maintenance technician will remain abreast of technological advances that could facilitate their functions in this role.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Oiling door k***s, locks, hinges, and gates, as required.
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
Painting communal areas and exterior walls.
Disposing of trash found in communal areas.
Tracking inventory to ensure that you have adequate maintenance supplies.
Ensuring that fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working condition at all times.
Unlocking apartments in instances where tenants have lost or forgotten their keys.
Scheduling repairs that warrant special technical skills.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a similar role.
HVAC, CMRP, or equivalent certification will be advantageous.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.
Dexterity and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Available to work on weekends, if required.
