New series 😂🏡 KIDS GUESS THE SOLD PRICE!

I’m showing Charlie & Henry houses I’ve sold on Long Island and letting them guess what they sold for.

And wouldn’t it be fabulous if this new generation got to decide home prices?! 😂

This one was a condo in a 55+ community and honestly, it’s such a great option for downsizers looking for affordability. Low monthly fees, indoor pool, clubhouse, golf course + so many amenities!

So… what would you have guessed?! 😂

Okay Sayville… where has this place been hiding?! 👀🥩

Off The Block has been around since 2015, but somehow it was completely new to me!

It’s a small town butcher shop + restaurant all in one. You can stop in for fresh cut steaks from the butcher counter OR sit down and eat. They also serve beer + wine 🍷

And the MENU 🤤 There was seriously so much to choose from. Buffalo honey wings, garlic filet steak hoagie… it was one of those menus where deciding what to order was actually hard 😂

We ended up going with the filet mignon with mashed potatoes + truffle Parmesan fries, and the kale Caesar with skirt steak. SO good.

I love finding local spots like this that are a little different, and this one is definitely worth adding to your list!

Just out here “doing it all” aka doing my best, forgetting at least 3 things a day, and wondering why I can’t just sit down and relax 😂

I can’t even believe I’m saying this… but we have less than 5 months until the end of 2026.

So if I wanted to be in a new home before the clock strikes midnight January 1st 2027… these are some of the first things I’d focus on to make that happen!

1️⃣ Get pre-approved sooner than later, so you can act fast whenever you find the right home - and so you know truly what you can afford!

2️⃣ Think about your lifestyle, and desired lifestyle, and use that as a way to narrow your search and find the locations that make the most sense for you!

3️⃣ Work with a local Real Estate expert (hi 👋) who knows the market inside & out.

4️⃣ Think ahead - I always say… you can never start too early! If the thought has ever crossed your mind, it’s worth a conversation to see if we can put together a plan for when the time is right!

Making a move before the end of the year is totally doable… but only if you start sooner than later!
