OLD HAUNTS⠀
⠀
When my evening showings became postponed until tomorrow I thought “[SCORE] I’ll go to the gym!” ⠀
⠀
But after seeing the packed garage, it was a hard pass 🛑 so I kept driving and eventually found my way here. ⠀
⠀
Coincidentally, I grew up running and playing in this magical forest (park). Having a place like Greynolds in our neighborhood was so special! It holds so many memories! I can’t count the number of times I ran up to that castle then rolled down the hill at full speed. ⠀
⠀
P.S. in case you forgot...grass ITCHES 🥴⠀
⠀
Being surrounded by nature in the middle of a bustling city is priceless. To your psyche and quite literally. ⠀
⠀
As property values in North Miami Beach increase and development pushes west from Aventura, Greynolds Park sits in the middle. The residential areas surrounding the park all benefit from this local treasure. ⠀
⠀
How? Generally, real estate that flanks or that is within walking distance to a park, especially one as unique as Greynolds, have greater appeal and, therefore, increased value. Think Central Park in New York City. Some of the most expensive real estate in the city surrounds Central Park or have incredible park views. ⠀
⠀
In recent years the city has invested in Greynolds Park, adding new playgrounds and a wrought iron fence with stone pillars. These are all signs of increased housing demand and preparation for future expansions. Plus, the golf course next door is another added bonus. ⠀
⠀
We’re already seeing signs of increased housing values as new generations of families choose to make North Miami Beach home. Many are knocking down/building new construction or remodelling existing properties. ⠀
⠀
As a local, I am excited for the future of this community! I can’t wait to see how Greynolds Park and NMB continue to evolve. ⠀
⠀
If you haven’t visited Greynolds Park I invite you to come experience the magic! There’s a hidden trail or a lake monster waiting 😉 ⠀
