Dear Friends, we published 2022Q2 Update on real estate market in South Florida. Housing inventory continues to increase in almost every corner of South Florida. The epicenter of oversupply of properties for sale is in west part of Broward County, in cities Weston, Parkland, and Coral Springs. The areas less impacted by oversupply are across Palm Beach county, and in the east side of Miami-Dade county. There is still strong demand for cheaper properties, and condo units.
