These are the 10 biggest home builders in the USA.

At number 10, Century Communities built 10,792 homes in 2025.
Number 9, Toll Brothers completed 11,292 homes with a strong focus on luxury housing.
Number 8, Sekisui House US delivered 11,712 homes across its communities.
Number 7, KB Home closed 12,902 homes across the United States.
Number 6, Taylor Morrison reached 12,997 home closings.
Number 5, Meritage Homes completed 15,026 home closings.
Number 4, NVR recorded 21,915 home closings through brands like Ryan Homes and NV Homes.
Number 3, Pulte Group delivered 29,572 homes, including communities from Pulte Homes and Del Webb.
Number 2, Lennar completed an impressive 82,583 home closings nationwide.

Kelly Tractor finally won approval to build a new headquarters on wetlands outside Miami-Dade's development zone, a proposal opposed by environmental groups and initially blocked by Mayor Daniella Levine Cava.

Kelly, the local Caterpillar dealer currently based in Doral, wants to build up to 2.7 million square feet on a 246-acres, that site is outside the Miami-Dade's Urban Development Boundary (UDB). Rather than asking for an expansion of the UDB to include its proposed new headquarters, Kelly instead asked Miami-Dade to rewrite the rules on what's allowed outside the UDB to legalize its development plan.

In February, Levine Cava vetoed commission approval of Kelly's request. Her administration has since been supportive of changes Kelly made to its development plan, including preservation of 63 acres of wetlands on the property and about 20 acres of wetlands elsewhere. On Tuesday, commissioners approved Kelly's proposal in a 9-to-3 vote. That's enough to override a veto by Levine Cava.
