Summer D’Lite is located in North Myrtle Beach (Cherry Grove section) just 200 yards from the ocean. It is located on a channel with an outstanding front view of “House Creek”.
Summer D’lite has three bedroom and sleeps 10. It is a fully furnished house.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and one bathroom is attached to this room. A center bedroom has a queen and a full. The front bedroom has two full size beds.
A second bath is in the hallway near the center of the house. Both bathrooms have modern walk-in showers (however, no tubs).
We are blessed to have an excellent cleaner to manage my property and make sure it is ready for the guests when they arrive.
The washer and dryer are in a room downstairs.
The house is very well maintained. The rental fee is $1700 per week from mid May until mid August. Outside of these dates, the fee is reduced to $1500 per week. The fees include departure cleaning. The fees includes everything except for taxes (12%). Rentals shorter than one week are also considered. The fees are due 2 weeks before the arrival date. However, a $300 security deposit is needed to hold the reservation. The security deposit is returned promptly after checkout if the house is properly cared for.
