We just completed more upgrades at the Condo. We now have new floors throughout the unit. And, after some suggestions, we also got rid of the footboard on the Master Bed. No more banging the knees.

We finally completed all the updates. King bed in Master Bdrm, Queen with a single trundle in the 2ND bedroom. Quartz countertops, new SS Appliances, new cabinet doors. Big screen Smart TVs with DVDs, updated polywood patio chairs. It's ready for fun!

The next phase of remodeling completed by installing quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. We expect to finish by the end of the year.

Welcome to our page for Laguna Keyes Unit 710 in North Myrtle Beach. We're in the process of upgrading to make this 2 Bdrm/2 Bath condo the most desirable in the complex. By Spring 2020, it will have stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, quartz countertops, king size bed in Master Bdrm, Queen size bed with trundle in the 2nd bdrm. We'll post pictures as the updates are completed. For now, these pictures are the current pictures.
