Parking - Water Pointe I has 2 parking spots/unit covering its three parking areas. A proper Parking Permit is required during your stay to ensure that each unit can park up to two cars. Beach Lifeguard - During the summer months, a lifeguard station is located right at Water Pointe I. Feel safe as you and your kids enjoy the ocean. These lifeguard stations also offer Beach Umbella and Beach Chair rentals positioned directly in front of Water Pointe I. White Point Swash - Take a relaxing walk to the south and you'll soon find White Point Swash (Near Ocean Creek). This is a great place to find shells and perhaps experience a little sea life. Just a little furhter inland on the swash, you'll find people fishing.
